Can a Hot Dog get better? In NY it has. Started in 2007 as a street cart….Dogmatic is a NY restaurant where the ‘dog’ is taken to a whole new level.
It begins with the roll….which is a small baggete….the baggetes are pierced with spikes heated to 600 degrees to toast the insides. Then the hollowed out baguette is filled with one of six in-house made sauces and a choice of several varieties of sausage (or asparagus). All for $4.75
While different in food concept….
The real story is that a new business is formed by developing a new….different….better product….and taking the idea and making it work.
