Good Business Sense
Our kitchen makeover is almost complete….a few small details left. Except, the Whirlpool refrigerator has a freezer frost problem. The first several service calls were responded to nicely and promptly with a courtesy call the day before to verify the time frame.
However, there still is a frost problem. Whirlpool wants another opinion. So an automated call indicating a visit on Thursday. The problem….no specific time and no return call from the new service company asking for more information regarding the visit.
No return call is not a good sign of excellent business practices….at least in my way of doing business.
