Simple  Product + Customer Service

Business Week had a story (10.7.2010) on Diapers dot-com….selling diapers on the Internet. There are a lot of diapers being sold in the US!

The Business Week story is about two long-time friends who developed the concept and technology to sell high volume low margin products and ship them efficiently.

Their model is Amazon and the article indicates on how they examine diligently what Amazon does….and how closely Amazon watches Diapers.com.
