Clever Idea

Businesses always have to be willing to try something different.

A recent story from The Muskegon Chronicle:

Local eatery…. Mia and Grace was one of the first restaurants in the county to introduce a “farm to table” restaurant concept. Later this month they’ll be one of the first to hold a pop-up event.

Mia and Grace will be introducing the concept with a “Pop-up Burger Night” at the Muskegon Masonic Temple.

Pop-up retail spaces….in which businesses temporarily open up a store or restaurant….are a growing trend nationwide.

It is nice to see this business do well….especially in a challenging environment. They rehabilitated a building in a declining area and created a very nice business (according to the reviews).

Note: Both buildings have a strong presence in the downtown area and are vital to the reinvention of Muskegon city center. From a historical and business perspective….it’s important to see them remain for the future.
