It’s not always the sale
It seems that businesses are always in the selling mode. Of course, selling products/services is what they do….and in our family business we were good at selling.
Yet, there is an another mode….helping the customer. While helping the customer, may not result in an immediate sale….if we are good at what we do….in the long run it’s good for business.
What’s best for the customer….is best for the business.
