I must be having bad luck in getting replies from businesses….after a customer contact email to Weiman’s Products.
Here’s is the statement from their contact page:
“Getting in touch with Weiman is simple. We have developed this form to ensure your message reaches the appropriate customer representative and can be addressed quickly. Please complete the fields below, and we will contact you in 72 hours. “
The problem here is the execution of the contact process. If a business/organization asks for comments, etc. than it should reply promptly. Weimans said that they would reply in 72 hours….they didn’t.
“Mean what you say….say what you mean” applies to any customer interaction. Weiman’s may have missed that part in Business Fundamentals 101.
