Know Your Customer

We knew our customer….today there are many tools to thoroughly analyze customers and potential customers. From a recent post:

“My point isn’t to paint an ideal customer profile. My point is to underscore the need for metrics showing who your customers are,  who is in your likely draw pool,  and what “products” they are buying. Only when you have such metrics can you design effective strategies for engaging customers.” 

It’s metrics and also knowing customers one-on-one….knowing how they buy and what influences their buying. We knew our customers very well….yet at times we didn’t always have the products they wanted. Thus a primary reason to continually grow and get better….which we did.
