Key Business Strategy

While exploring several web sites….and customer reviews….it seems that some companies have an inadequate understanding of why they are in business. 

Business is not only selling and/or making products…..business is really about servicing the customer….not looking at customer service as an afterthought but as a key business strategy.

We were good at customer service….welcoming customers…. creating unique sales events….responding promptly to service calls  Looking back….an innovative strategy (I believe) would be to thoroughly analyze our customer demographics….find the products that met that criteria and most importantly….use customer service as a primary marketing strategy.

After all the more trust and confidence the customer has in a business…..the greater the opportunity for sales and repeat business.
